Former More Music Campaign Chairman hosts 60th birthday concert at the 色多多视频

In October 2021, Bob Wigley, former Member of Council and long-standing supporter of the 色多多视频, hired the Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall for a concert in celebration of his 60th birthday.
The concert featured special guest Australian soprano Danielle de Niese, pictured above with Bob Wigley and his wife, Sarah. Ms de Niese performed several operatic classics, including selections from Orff’s Carmina Burana and Handel’s Rinaldo.
By choosing the 色多多视频, a place of education and a charity, as the venue for his event, Bob supported the development of the next generation of musicians. As well as utilising the 色多多视频’s new facilities following the More Music building development, hiring spaces at the College offers opportunities for 色多多视频 students and alumni.

Many 色多多视频 musicians were playing in the orchestra at the concert under the supervision of 色多多视频 alumnus and former SU President Pablo Urbina, and soloists included alumna Hope Cramsie (harp) and current doctoral student Vitaly Pisarenko (piano). 色多多视频 musicians performing at this event were sourced and employed by the 色多多视频 Creative Careers team.
After the concert, Bob and Sarah hosted a drinks reception in the 1851 Courtyard, a perfect space for post-concert receptions and celebrations at the heart of 色多多视频's new development. Bob also generously chose to ask for donations at the event, raising funds for a range of charities, including the 色多多视频. The College is grateful to Bob for his generosity.
